Heavy-duty ultrasonic generators for intermittent applications - The digital ULTRAPLAST product line is available in frequencies of 20 kHz, 30 kHz, and 35 kHz at a power range between 900 W and 6200 W. Programmable ramp up and ramp down times and infinitely variable adjustment of weld amplitudes are only some of the features of this product line. The ULTRAPLAST digital ultrasonic generator is integrated in all Herrmann Ultraschall series machines and systems.

Ultrasonic generators for packaging technology ULTRAPACK

Versatile digital ultrasonic generators for intermittent and continuous packaging applications, specially developed for use in high-speed packaging machines. Its manifold software functions allow for reproducible control of the weld process resulting in the highest possible sealing quality. The generators ULTRAPACK are a fixed component in the PACKLINE modules of Herrmann Ultraschall.

Ultrasonic generators for continuous weld applications ULTRABOND

Digital generator technology for applications requiring a continuous weld process. The power range extends up to 8,000 W continuous power with an operating frequency of 20 kHz. The energy output is reproducible and consistent, so that the weld results are homogeneous and identical, even with weld structures with constantly changing contour surfaces.

ULTRABOND

Continuous ultrasonic power generators for continuous applications - The digital ultrasonic generator technology of the ULTRABOND product line is specifically designed for continuous weld processes with continuous power ranges of up to 8000 W. A DSP (Digital Signal Processor) compensates for fault effects and ensures repeatable ultrasonic output at a duty cycle of 100%. The ULTRABOND digital ultrasonic generator is used with the MICROBOND and EASYBOND systems by Herrmann Ultraschall.
